I’m co-organizer of the International Workshop on Semantic Adaptive Social Web that is co-located with the UMAP 2011. The workshop focusses on research about new challenges and problems for user modeling, adaptation and personalization in the Social Semantic Web. Main research questions are:
- How adaptation and personalization methodologies can augment Web 2.0 and Web 3.0 environments?
- What models, techniques, and tools are the most adequate to support Web 2.0 and 3.0 users?
- What are the features and challenges of current applications and services?
- How Semantic Web advances can be exploited for adaptation in such context?
